Roots Summit has two great rooms to host an private event.  The stone room gets its name from the beautiful stone work located inside the room. The private venue is separated from the main dining room with large glass windows and sliding glass door. This intimate private room seats parties up to 28 guests.  The spacious Remington Room is a great location to host a private event. There is a large glass window that lets in beautiful light and looks out on downtown Summit. This roomy venue seats parties up to 50 guests.

Beautiful stone walls line the private room giving the Stone Room its name. This private space seats a maximum of 16 guests at one large square table. The glass windows separate the space from the main dining room giving it a cozy but not secluded feeling for a small gathering.  The private Roots Room is a beautiful location to host a special event or an exclusive dinner meeting. The brick walls, lavish oak bar, and brass accents emphasize the true steakhouse ambiance. This extravagant room seats parties of up to 56 guests for a sit-down dinner.

The Roots Room is decorated with oversized booths and large glass windows that look onto the outside patio. This space can seat a maximum of 60 guests and is a perfect venue for a large corporate or private event.  Take a few steps down from the Roots Room and you enter the intimate Stone Room. The stone fireplace is located in the center of the room and is very charming accent. This space is perfect for a special celebration or business function. This private space can seat up to 34 guests for a sit down dinner.
